  • September 30, 2013 - NIAID/ImmPort data release includes 9 new studies. Among these are childhood asthma studies from the Inner City Asthma Consortium containing assessment data of over 1000 patients. Our first cytometry time-of-flight (CyTOF) study is included and highlights the use of 27 metal labeled probes and peptide-MHC tetramer staining for B cell analysis.
  • August 16, 2013 - The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) released to the ImmPort user community new data from 6 clinical studies or trials and updates to 7 additional studies available here. Research areas include predictive influenza biomarkers, antibody responses to pH1N1 and oral immunotherapy for childhood allergies. This release brings the total number of shared studies to 60.
  • June 20, 2013 - Congratulations to Dr. Atul Butte! Dr. Butte, ImmPort PI and Stanford University pediatrician, computer scientist and geneticist, is being honored with the White House Open Science Champions of Change award today. The "Champions of Change" program is intended to spotlight individuals, businesses, and organizations whose extraordinary accomplishments positively impact our communities.
  • June 13, 2013 - The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is releasing to the ImmPort user community new data from 12 studies or trials, available here. Research areas include immune response for immunocompromised populations (lupus, rheumatoid arthritis), immune response to Hepatitis C Virus infection, recombinant DNA Plasmid Vaccine development for influenza, and immune system modeling and systems biology. This brings the total number of shared human studies to 48 and the total number of experiments to 566.
  • May 1, 2013 - National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) released de-identified data from 11 clinical studies/trials encompassing data from over 1400 study subjects. Data includes flow cytometry, protein and gene expression data combined with clinical assessments.

Studies include Cooperative Clinical Trials in Pediatric Transplantation (kidney transplantation), Immune Tolerance Network RAVE study (vasculitis) along with virus and vaccine responses of special populations (pregnant/transplant subjects).
